Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp.nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves

Mix well. Makes 1 teaspoon. Use in any recipe calling for pumpkin pie spice.
