"Pie Ranch Apple Pie" Filling: 6 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced(about 8 cups), 3/4 cup sugar, 3 T. Whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. Lemon juice, dash of salt, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 T. butter, cut into small pieces. Mix well and put into your favorite pie crust. Preheat oven to 425 , bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
