Great day for quilting!
Wednesday at "Quilting Friendship" I started on a "Log Cabin Quilt" Friends helped me get started on it. Having a time making the blocks...Did up 20 blocks, but I'm going to do up 4 more blocks to make it longer.
Here is what my blocks are going to look like. Love the Rose and green colors...
Will finish up the 4 blocks tonight! Then what I will like for the lay out afterwards. The fun begins.
Want to thank my friend Gina for helping me pick out the colors in my quilt, and Sherry for helping me get started on the blocks. So excited cann't wait for it to be finished.
Have a Blessed Day!

Dish Drainer Quilts
What is a dish drainer quilt?
A dish drainer quilt is used under your dish drainer in place of a tray. It is a way to pretty up your country kitchen counter. (Great to bring with you on your camping trips...as well.)
*Dries fast
*It is machine washable...
It is a great gift to give.
I do take custom orders on Dish Drainer Quilts. Please contact me at: sunflowercritters.farm@gmail.com
they cost $25.00 plus shipping. They sure are a wonderful gift for any country home, or camper friends.
The pattern was from MaryJanesFarm magazine, the April/May 2011 issue.
This is a wonderful magazine. I encourage you to pick one up sometime. You will be hooked:)

Rebuilding farm equipment!
My husband is so enjoying rebuilding farm equipment. One of them is from my dad, when he passed away he had some farm equipment in the fields hanging around broken. So we gathered them up what we could save, and my hubby started working on them and got one done. The other one he got at auction.
So I had to post a picture of my hubby with one of my dad's farm equipment who I miss dearly..when we are working in the garden this spring and summer we will have great memories of my dad, and building memories with our grandchildren with the equipment.
Did he do a GREAT JOB!!!! Rebuilding the farm equipment....?
